  9. HI! I am signing up for a paypal account and it is asking me to present an Identity document. Passport, Driver’s License or a National ID. Does the National Id refers to something like the National Id of US or it is referring to any valid/ primary ID issued by the government? I have Postal ID and TIN ID. NBI is accesssable.     • Hi, there is no National ID right now in the Philippines so you can submit a copy of your SSS UMID or GSIS UMID instead

I just tried to use my Security Bank Checking Account for withdrawal since I am planning to close my BDO account na. Withdrawal was made last Friday and was completed in Paypal by Saturday morning.
