How to Enroll for TESDA Online Program Courses and Training?

Step 1: Create your TESDA Online Program (TOP) Account

Sign up and register for your TESDA Online Program (TOP) account by going to TOP official website. You need a valid and active email address to create an account. Provide your username and password. You will use those credentials to login your TESDA online account.

Step 2: Activate your TESDA Online Program account

After you created an account, TESDA will send a message to your email address containing an activation link. You have to click that link to activate your TESDA online account.

Step 3: Log in to your TOP Account with your TESDA Username and Password

Once you have registered your account, you have to keep a copy of your username and password because you need to remember your log in details so that you can access your TESDA online courses anytime, anywhere.

Step 4: Select your TESDA Online Course and Training

After you log in your account, you will be taken to the TESDA Online Program dashboard. You will see all the available courses and trainings. Select the program or module that you want to take and click the “ENROLL” link under the Admin Panel.

Step 5: Attend your Online Course and Training

Attend and finish your TESDA online course. After completing your online course, you will get a Certificate of Completion issued by TESDA. That certificate proves that you have finished the online course you have chosen.

Step 6: Claim your TESDA Training Certificate

You can then get your official National Certification by passing the face-to-face assessment at any TESDA accredited center. You can use your TESDA National Certificate when you apply for a job or when you level up your skills and education.

How to Apply for TESDA National Certificate (NC1, NC2)

Step 1: Complete your TESDA Course or Training

When you attended and finished your TESDA online course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by TESDA (Technical Education And Skills Development Authority).

Step 2: Visit any TESDA Accredited Assessment Center

Go to the nearest TESDA Accredited Assessment Center or branch to take a face-to-face assessment. The assessment center is authorized to evaluate your proficiency and the skills you acquired from the TESDA program.

Step 3: Fill Out an Application Form and Submit Self-Assessment Guide

Submit 2 copies of the application forms and attach 3 passport-sized colored photos (with white background and your name printed at the back of the photo paper).

Step 4: Pay the Assessment Fee

Go to the cashier and pay the corresponding assessment fee for your completed TESDA courses. Keep the official receipt (OR) and admission slip. The slip will contain your assessment date.

Step 5: Attend your Assessment Schedule

Step 6: Pass your Assessment Exam
