Visa Stamping Requirements for Qatar Embassy Philippines

Recently I published about all about the requirements for Qatar working visa, tourist visa, family visa and business visa. Somebody asked about the requirements for the visa stamping at Qatar Embassy for direct hiring employment so here I am posting this page. The documents are listed below. Apparently, the requirements are also applied to employment via agency too as long as you’re an OFW.

A large population of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) work in Doha, Qatar, the country’s capital. Some OFWs work to other areas and cities like Al Wakrah among others. Jobs in Qatar for Filipinos are mainly in the infrastructure area and construction field. DOLE has provided a POLO office in Qatar to cater and assist OFW and manpower services.

Although there are many Filipinos who use local agencies in the Philippines to get employment in Qatar, thousands of OFW wannabes also use the direct hiring route especially those who have friends and relatives working there already.

There are those interested employers in Qatar who would usually invite and provide business visa to their prospective Filipino employees and get to know them better and just hire them once they get there. There are those who hire and interview via telephone or internet video-call means like Skype, MSN or Yahoo Messenger.

The usual steps in hiring OFWs in Qatar via direct hire:

Once they liked the candidate, they process their employment permit, working visa and contract in Doha Qatar and send them to the Filipino worker in the Philippines. The visa must be certified and stamp with sticker in the Qatari Embassy in Manila before the OFW must register to POEA.

The OFW then must process his or her papers at the POEA to register as official OFW and secure an exit clearance in order to leave the Philippines.

Without further discussion, here are the required documents for the processing of Qatar visa stamping.

Qatar Visa Stamping and Issuance of Stickers Requirements for OFW

These are for working visas only, some visa may require different documents. Please prepare original and photocopies (in A4 size only) of the following and make sure all documents are valid and not expired.

  • Application form
  • Visa Notice
  • Passport
  • Medical Certificate (fit to travel) issued only by an accredited clinic by the Qatar Embassy
  • NBI Clearance Authenticated by the DFA
  • 2 2×2 colored photos with white background
  • P358 payment done in Credit card or Debit card (Visa or Mastercard)

Submit these requirements at the Qatar Embassy in Manila with address below. You need to submit them personally. Should you need a representative to process them for you, you can send an authorization letter of your representative and copies of your valid IDs and his valid IDs.

Online application of Qatar Visa stamping is not yet served and available at current time because the State of Qatar Embassy in Manila has no official website yet. For sure they are doing this soon.

From Mantrade MRT Station, cross the Foot Bridge under the Magallanes Interchange. Look for the Magallanes Village Barangay Hall. (Qatar Embassy is on the 3rd bldg. from the barangay hall). It is also at the  left side of Eastwest Bank and Bank of Commerce.

    Ask ko lang po sana regarding sa case ko. Currently po kc andito ako ngaun s PInas since last December 2014 kc po nagexpired n ung family visit visa ko. Need ko po mag exit while my husband is processing our application for family visa. Actually po, sa Qatar n po kme nakatira since 2010. Ung anak ko po residence na ron kc dun sya pinanganak. ako nmn po, nagresign lng ako from work ko dun last march 2014, umuwi dito pra magbakasyon and then after a month kinuha uli ako ng husband ko under family visit visa for 6 months. Nag apply po asawa ko for husband sponsorship kya lng habang pinaprocess naabutan n po ng expiration ng family visit visa kya po napilitan kme umuwi ng anak ko. ngaun jan. 5 2015 lng po naaprubahan ung husband sponsorhip so ang tanong ko po, need ko p rn po ba magpamedical for visa stamping? d nmn po ako magwowork dun, kc kya nga po ako nagresign pra po mag alaga nlng ng anak nmin. family residence visa po ung naaprubahan, need p po b pumunta s GAMCA at magpamedical? thanks po ng marami! hoping po sa mabilis n reply.     • ask lang po ako sa mga mayroon ng experience kong paano mag process?tapos na ako nag sign ng job offer saka mayroon na akong working visa,ang una saan ang una kong puntahan for medical or pa authenticate sa nbi ko?

    Mayroon na po kc ako visa notice, work-business po.
    Ano po ba requirements para sa type ng visa ko?
    Nabasa ko po kc need daw ng letter of invitation from sponsor or affidavit of support pero wala po kasi ako copies ng ganun, dahil wala nman po nasend na ganun sa akin.
    Kasi sabi ng tito ko na gumamit din ng work-business visa ay passport at yung visa notice lang daw dala nya noon nagpa stamp sya.
    Please po need ko confirmation kasi sa Jan.2 na po ang flight ko. Thanks!

    I work for an american company and I’ll be based in Jubail, KSA. Until now, my visa for saudi is still being processed. Dahil may project kami dito sa Kuwait at kailangan na ako, kinuha muna nila ako ng visit visa for 30days kaya dumating ako dito Nov21. Return flight (Kuwait-Doha-Mla) ko dapat sa Sabado na, Dec20.

    Ngayon, may project naman kami sa Qatar at kinuha na nila ako ng Work-Business Visa valid for 3months, na sinend saken kagabi.

    Ang tanong ko po, di na ba kailangan yong visa stamping? Kailangan ko lang po ba i-present yong print-out ng work-visa ko pagdating sa Doha? Di ko na po ba kailangan bumalik muna sa Pinas?
    Gusto ko lang po makasiguro na walang magiging problema pagpunta ko sa Qatar.

    I apologize if my question is not totally in line with the previous convos. I just need to ask someone about this.

    I was hired by a Hotel company from Qatar through an agency last October. I have only submitted my passport to them and have not gone through the mdical exam yet. But something came up and I need to pull out/cancel my appliction with the said agency.

    Is it possible to do so?Has anyone experienced the same thing? Please advise..I’m really at a loss.

    and also i dont have other ID for receiving the documents . is the passport copy or nbi copy if valid to receive my documents?

    May I know from your good office if it is still needed a Affidavit of Support for entering immigration in QATAR or Philippines for my wife as Family Visit Visa? She has already visa with stamped from Qatar Embassy under my sponsor. What are other requirements need to provide so that there will be no hassle before her flight on 1st week of November 2014?

  17. Actually ang pila sa embassy is at the back of the embassy, make ship of a garage! Para sa Work Visa… DO NOT FORGET to photocopy the green NBI clearance in A4 size paper (2-copies), kung hindi pupunta pa kayo sa may Evangelista St (tawid EDSA) para magpa-photocopy. Iyong Individual applicants na pumunta ng maaga at nagpalista, huwag kayong aalis sa may gate, dahil kapag nagpapasok na ang guard at wala kayo doon, pababalikin na kayo sa pila. Hindi natangap ng cash. Only credit & debit cards only, at pwede lang gumamit ng card from family first-kin, (siyempre dapat kasama mo may-ari ng card), iyan ang nakapost doon sa may Cashier.

  19. Ang exact location po ng Qatar Embassy ay sa Paseo de Magallanes, Magallanes Village, Makati City.
    The building is facing the South SuperHighway. Sabi nga ng isang nag comment sa itaas, hindi siya mukhang embassy, glass walled with ‘white’ grills ang harapan niya. Wala siyang marker as embassy.
    Katabi lang siya at nasa left side siya ng East-WestBank at Bank of Commerce para madali ninyong makita. Oh ayan, may palatandaan na kayo dahil ako nakadalawang ikot ako sa kahahanap diyan.

I was treated 7 yrs ago and 8 have doctors certificates as a proof that I’m healed and my ptb is not active… pag nagmedical po ba pagdating sa qatar and im sure na same ang makikita nilang scar, ndi na po ba maggrant ang extension ng stay ko kahit na hindi ako magwowork dun?? Salamat po need your experience po

    Just want to clarify something, my dad applied for tourist visa for my mom and me in an agency in Qatar, will the sponsors from the scanned visa is the Agency? as will as the invitation letter, is it ok na yong invitation letter is under sa name ng Agency dun sa Qatar? but my dad also send us supporting documents nya, like his Qatar ID, electric bill nya dun at contract.

    Nababahala lang kasi ako kc magpapa stamping kami sa Qatar Embassy sa Manila next week and im from Cebu.

    Dati na po akong OFW sa Qatar for 5 yrs. And then nagresign po ako last April 2014 dun sa dating company at bumalik dito sa Pinas habang nag-aaply ng panibago. Dumating na po sakin ang Working Visa nung bago kong company last Sept. 25. Tanong ko lang po sa inyo kung kailangan ko pa rin pong mag-undergo ng panibagong Visa Stamping sa Qatar Embassy…

  28. good day po mam/sir, may employer po ako sa qatar na gusto kumuha sa akin as family driver, ang problema ko po ay ang medical ko, unfit ang result ng medical at ang findings ay calcified nodule (lungs) nagpa tingin po ako sa ibang doctor, ang sabi ay hindi naman daw ito delikado dahil peklat na daw yon, may ibang paraan po ba para po makaalis ako..

  32. Hello po! Balak po namin magpunta ng Qatar ng asawa ko at papadalhan na din po kami ng tourist visa ng father-in-law ko. Saan po ba makukuha yung affidavit of support and letter of invitation? And kapag po ba magpapaauthenticate ng visa kelangan ng debit/cerdit card?

    And one thing po, kapag po ba authenticated na ung tourist visa namin wala ng aberya sa immigration, at 100% sure ka na makakaalis ng bansa?

    • Hello po.. affidavit of support po sa phil.embassy sa qatar. Letter of invitation sa father in law nio po. Sa immigration as long my round trip ticket k and the letter ok nmn na. Swertihan lng yan sa I.o . 3x nko as tourist visa pmpnta ng qatar ticket lng nttnong skn. (P.s mas ok immigration sa naia ksa clark base on my xprience)

    Ask ko lang po sana kasi po may friend po ako na galing dito sa qatar. Nanjan po ngaun sa pinas then her valid IQAMA eh nag expire na nung July 24, 2014. Ngaun po na issuehan xa ng bagong visa with same sponsor. Kailangan po ba nya ulit magpamedical for her stamping?

Anyone po na naghahanap,nagtatanong kung saan ang qatar Embassy..madali lang po hanapin yan…ngayon sa dami ng encounter ko doon na d natin alam pagdating,marami umuuwi dahil sa kakulangan ng impormasyon,gaya ng photo copy ng bawat documents,d nio din kelanga punta ng super aga,kahit na 8 ka dumaing,maeentertain yan lahat kahit 100 tao pa kayo…Sa payment naman po,napaka halaga..card payment po yan…visa or master card…kaya ang ginagawa ng iba nakikiride on…siyempre pakunswelo sa pakikiride on the 361.75 na babayaran ginagawa nila 500 pesos…sa mga kabayan na gusto punta pero di alam at walang card..willing po ako na iaasist kayo doon…tawagan nio lang ako bago kayo punta..xmpre alam nio naman,may mga appoinments din.

    As ko lang po kasi plano ko po sunduin mga anak ko sa pinas (8 & 6y/o) for xmas and new year. Kukunan ko din po visa ung tita ko as guardian ng mga bata. Pag nakuha ko po visa nila dito ano po need gawin from pinas?

    • Marjorie, ang alam ko pag asa agency na papers mo ay sila na bahala maglakad for stamping sa embassy,,nakita mo na ba visa mo..binabayaran sila ng employer para sila bahala sa lahat,,,taga san ka ba…at ano agncy yan…may employer din ako sa qatar at kelangan nya ng 2 maids ,,direct hire ito at baka may kilala ka,,,contact m3 09063652409,,wala ito gastos,,tnx

Kuha k rn ng NBI clearance mo authenticated by the DFA pra kung hanapin ng IO (immigration officer) may papakita ka. Pero teka ano ba ga2win m dun? Hehe, ako kc work tlga pero papalabasin nlang business related lang then i-coconvert into working upon arrival.

    • Go to Qatar embassy to have your visa stamped in your passport then go to the POEA to register yourself an Name Hire OFW, then attend PDOS, pay OWWA etc and have your exit clearance.

    • You need visa to visit Qatar as a tourist if you are a Philippine passport holder. Apply for it at the Qatar Embassy

    Pumayag naman po yung employer.

    • The best way is to legalize everything so that your friend will become documented OFW. She will also be protected and have OWWA and OFW benefits

    • I’m not sure if Qatar still accepts direct hiring or they already require agencies like what Dubai now requires. What I can suggest to you is, prepare your employment contract and documents and apply for a working visa in Qatar embassy. If you had the visa, apply directly to POEA for your permits, PDOS and exit clearance. If direct hire is not required anymore, they will then advise you for a local agency.

    I am currently working here in UAE (under unlimited contract) and recently received a job offer from Qatar.
    I sent back my red ribbon certificate to my family but I doubt if the Qatar Embassy will accept the same red ribbon I used for my employer here in UAE since October 2012 which is apparently more than one year now.

      • The last time I checked Qatar Embassy was in The Fort. Some people say they transferred in Makati. But I didn’t see any official announcement of that yet. I also checked DFA website, address of the embassy was still in Taguig. To make sure, just call their hotline (listed in the article above).

  104. hi po, good day! ask ko lang po sana regarding sa employment ko. i was intervied by an employer in qatar last dec 16, luckily i passed. dec 17 they sent the agency my offer which i immediately signed it back to them. i was then advised to take my med exam last dec 26. Then on Jan 3 i got my cert which i am fit to work. on Jan 13, my employer said they will process my visa within 2 weeks time. On Jan 22 they informed me that my visa is issued but have to change the company name so they will send again the revised offer to proceed with the documentation process of my travel. is this possible? A Visa is issued but have to change comp name? then when i f-up, employer said it is still in process by the polo ofc in qatar, that was last jan 27. how long would it take for the stamping in polo? I am just worried because i already decline other employer for possible deployment. is it possible that employer may change their mind in hiring me after i’ve been tru medical and already submitted my passport and nbi to the agency?

    • If they never asked you fees or big money then perhaps it’s legit and you can wait a while. 🙂 Just pray and always make a follow up about your visa.

    After completing the medical test, adults are required to register their fingerprints digitally with theMinistry of Interior. The fingerprinting headquarters is located on Salwa Road off the Industrial Area flyover. Other service centers are located in:

    Mesaimeer
    Duhail
    Al Shamal
    Industrual Area (near Nissan roundabout)

      • Welcome Ivy, actually I have no idea regarding the medical procedure in the Phils. and I think it is easier to pass there if you have the medical certificate.
        At madali sa atin gumawa ng paraan para mai-ayos ang mga document. Unlike Qatar, that you will have to pass on their requirement but once you comply with them or found you fit with no existing disease then quickly they will approve your papers. good luck

They don’t require medical examination or experience in a applicant as long a I pay the expenses there’s no problem . I’m applying for waitress in Kuwait. Now, they are processing my visa.

    I just would like to ask I was a direct hire for Qatar then my employer forwarded me to an agency in Manila which is I’m from Cebu then the agency contacted me to process all of my documents to present it to them. Afterwards my employer issued a working visa for me, How long would I am going to wait for my visa stamping? I noticed that my NBI authenticated was expired early November of this year. So the contrary for that would I will be going to process a new one?

  116. I have my work visa notice bearing the number of my current passport which will expire in 9 months. Will there be a problem if I renew my current passport since I know it will have a different passport number? Or should I just renew it at the Philippine embassy once I get to Qatar?

    • 9 months old passport is good. I think you can still use it especially your passport number is on your visa. I think you only need to renew your passport if it’s below 6 months old.

    • You have to present a lot of documents in the immigration in order not to be offloaded. You also need to bring your company id and approved leave application. The immigration allows only sponsorship up to first degree cousins. Thus if your sponsor is only your friend, i guess u will not be allowed to go.

Do you think that presenting my OEC and the printed visa will be enough or I need to have my passport stamped still? Please advise.

    • To be 100% sure, I suggest you have your visa stamped on your passport because it’s always best to comply with the rules properly. Besides, it won’t bother you anymore and you can sleep soundly without worries 🙂 God bless!

The thing is, my previous visa had expired in April while I was on leave and now my employer only gave me a soft copy of the original work visa extension.     I just wanted to query about Qatar working visa, the visa was issued here in Qatar and the contract employment has been already signed and stamped by POLO and Philippine Embassy of Qatar before sending to the Philippines.

    Now, my concerned is the processing procedure of the visa stamping at the Qatar Philippine Embassy in Manila, how we could get the stamped visa on the passport from the Qatar Philippine Embassy in Manila, do we need to tap an agency in Manila to liaise with the stamping and to process the same in the POEA for the exit clearance? Or possibly we can go directly to the Qatar Philippine Embassy to personally process the papers along with other requirements to be presented as required.

    Kindly advise for the right procedure to be followed so at least our money and time will not be wasted.

      1) NOC (No objection certificate) from husband’s company with salary > at least 5000 QAR up
      2) marriage certificate copy
      3) ID copy of yours (RP) – sponsor
      4) passport copy of the wife
      5) accommodation contract (if it is with u, otherwise try without)
      Fill up a form there.
      +
      bank card (200 QAR)
      +
      Carry all other things with you (optional only, but better if you take it. eg:- degree certificate copy, passport copy etc)
      They will issue 1 month visa, after you can renew 5 more months. For renewal you have to take your wife for medical.

Now, they find out that there is no available visa for the ladies. Is it possible to widraw my documents ? My visa is still under with my previous company and they want me to rejoin the company.       A sort of reminder, if they hired you they are obliged to give you a visa. Now, how come they will asked you to pay the visa unless you really applied for a freelancer working visa via your friend in Qatar.

    • I heard there is no specific courier service for stamping like UAE for Qatar attestation and visa stamping. You must go to Qatar Embassy directly to process your documents. Have a great day!

      Regarding attestation from Qatar embassy in the Phils. You can authorized somebody in Manila. Just contact the Qatar embassy for the requirements e.g. authorization letter, orig. passport , photos,etc., then you will send it to your authorized representative. Everything will be processed by the Qatar embassy. That is the process we made with my family who are in Davao and they are here with me now in Qatar. Good luck.

        • Hello Peaches, At least 3 days after, the Qatar embassy will give you schedule when to claim the document. Regarding the requirements see above message and also if possible try to contact the Qatar embassy, then they will give you full details, and if you will authorized somebody, prepare a formal authorization letter. Then the queue at the embassy will be at 4:00am should be there to get the priority. Thanks and good luck.

    • Same tau jay. Nasa manila ako now, 4 medical. Daan ka muna sa gamca at sila ang mag refer sau ng accredited clinic for qatar. At the same tym pa authenticate muna ung nbi mo.. Pag nkuha mo na result sa medical at nbi punta ka na sa qatar embassy with above req.

    • You need to go to POEA to register yourself as an OFW. Everything you need to go through like OWWA, Philhealth, SSS, Pagibig, and POEA permits are there. You also need to attend PDOS (Pre Departure Orientation Seminar). POEA will issue your e-clearance once you did everything. That clearance is needed when you leave the Philippines. You need to show that too at the airport when you depart from the country

    • Mam, how long does it takes for the stamping, granting that all the documents are complete. Are there cases of denial from the Qatar embassy eventhough they have already granted the working visa in Qatar. I was issued the working visa and plans to start the process soon

    • Yes you can enter Qatar as long as you have a visa. You have a problem if you don’t have one hehe Present the visa to the country you are going. If you’re going to Qatar from the Philippines, show the IO your Qatar business visa. Answer them honestly about their question. Don’t worry too much because you are a decent professional with genuine papers so you really have nothing to worry 🙂

Itatanong ko lng po sa inyo if I will cancel my current visa here in Qatar and my sponsor will give me NOC, can I go to other country like Dubai instead of going to the Philippines after visa cancellation, wait for my new working visa from my new sponsor and come back in Qatar directly from Dubai? Kasi po kung uuwi pa ako sa Pinas processing may take time at need ko pa po magbayad sa agency to process my papers and also I need to come back to Qatar within 2-3 weeks.     • I think yes you can go to Dubai as long as you have permit or visa to stay in Dubai. I’m just not sure if you can wait for your visa from Qatar while in Dubai and have it stamped there instead because you are a tourist in Dubai not a PR

      • Salamat po..Sana po I can enter Qatar kahit hindi naka stamp ang visa ko sa passport and I only have printed visa. Nabasa ko po sa ilang comments above na nakapasok sila sa Qatar having only printed visa. Maybe I can try this – just go to Dubai after visa cancellation instead of going home to Philippines and start the process from zero. Salamat.

    • I honestly don’t know what to say with this question coz even I am wondering. But in my opinion, nowadays gender issue is not a big deal anymore especially to open and rich countries.

    I am an OFW currently working in KSA. I was offered a job in Qatar and my employment visa is under process. Question: Do I need to get back to the Philippines in order to get a stamped visa by the Qatar Embassy or could I instead fly directly from KSA to Qatar? Will the Qatar immigration accept employment e-visa for my entry?

    I need your immediate advice.

    • For what..stamping of visa in passport its just a Philippine immigration requirements..I came here from Dubai just showing the visa print out..

    • I think bro if ncancel k nmn jn s saudi i dont think mgkkproblem ka and sabi mo my visa kn, pde n sgro sila n mgprocess dto ng wrking visa mo. but please still clarify to others. 🙂

    • If you are coming from Saudi, you can go directly to Qatar, just show your e-visa to the airline counter and you can enter qatar immigration without question. I did it last October.

    • Your employer can provide you with Qatar Business Visa and a one-way ticket and you can go directly to Qatar from KSA. No need to go back to the Philippines. I have done that when I had finished my contract in Dubai and transferred to Qatar. Philippine Immigration will just give you a hard time going out if you will be coming from the Philippines. It’s already a culture in our airport that nobody is doing something.

    These kind of discussions and queries might be helpful for everyone especially to our KABAYAN’s . I’m also 1 of them, collecting info’s in regards to the methods and procedures of the Department of Naturalization and Residency of Qatar Government, especially for the OFW currently living in the UAE and hoping to Obtain a Tourist Visa in Qatar.

    These are my queries for TOURIST VISA:

    1. For Filipino’s who are having a newly renewed Phil Passport where the Resident Visa is stamped in the old passport while the new (empty) passport is stapled/attached to the old one, Should this be enough to do the visa application or Does the new passport still need to get stamped? By Who? Should it either be this authorities (Qatar/Philippine)?

    2. Can we possibly apply for a visa online and/or Agency?

    3. How much does it cost and how long is the max duration?

    I understand if you may not able to reply ASAP as i’ve noticed the massive enquiries ahead of me. However, i really would appreciate should you find time and give us the info at any of your most convenient time.

    • hi regarding your concern, as far as i know if ngrenew k ng passport you should re-stamped a new visa (work permit) on your new passport. I ask it already to some ofw stayed here in mid east for long. I am here in Doha at direct hired ako b4, you need to be cancelled in UAE para mkpgwork k drectly here in Doha for good. ksi alm ko unified system n ngyn ang mga GCC countries. Hope it helps.

I just would like to ask if I must allow an agency to have my passport stamped with a work visa in Qatar as a “cashier” when there’s an internal contract that indicates that I’ll be working there as an assistant pharmacist. And if in the internal contract they stated that it’s an open contract (not 2yrs), does it mean that I can leave the company after my probationary period and look for another job there? Is it allowed? And can my working visa title be changed into “pharmacist” once I pass the Prometric exam?

    about the personal processing of visa stamping, we are under an agency applying for working visa. if without our presence, will they(our agency) need our authorization letter to process the stamping of the visa or are they exempted for such since they are an agency?
    I’m asking this question also because we’ve been “shown” a visa and was told to fly by 1st week of february 2013. THe visa has no stamp on it so, i’m in a wonder right now…

  191. hi fehl, i have a residence visa acquired from being a dependent from my husband whose working in qatar right now, my 2 kids enter qatar last year with a visit visa but we decided not to change it to residence visa since it will require them to enter qatar every six montths and we didnt want this to interfere with their school and studies so we plan to just reapply again, we plan to bring the kids this summer together with our newborn baby, we are waiting for our visa notification but regarding passport stamping, i heard there wer changes? before, we render dhl service to pass the requirements to qatar embassy, is it now required to personally visit qatar embassy to process it, its a little confusing cause i experienced a lot of inconsistency with their processes before, please help, thanks! god bless!

  192. I signed with an employer in Doha last June 2012. Ived given my passport to my agency back in October but until this day they say that my visa still hasn’t come out. Its more than 3 months already, does it really take this long or should I be worried and report this to POEA?..thanks!

    • 3 months is short compared to some who get theirs after 6 months hehe Be patient and don’t hesitate to make a follow up to your agency about it because you have the right to know. Know the reasons why it’s taking too long then if it’s not reasonable enough, request decently to withdraw your application if you have decided that way. God bless!

      • I have working visa from Qatar and I am here in philippines, but my employer doesnt want to go with the agencies for some payments issues. Anyways Im willing to pay the processing fees if ever. I just want to know what I have to do and where agency I can go to process my papers and everything.

        • Go to the Embassy of Qatar personally if you don’t want to go through an agency. Bring your papers and you will be fine 🙂

        natapos ko na po yung sa visa stamping (WORKING VISA – DIRECT HIRE, DOHA QATAR), pinasa ko po lahat nung kailangan then okay na po lahat.
        tapos po dumiretso na po ako ng POEA.
        nag PDOS at nag bayad na po ako ng OEC then un na po ba lahat yun?
        Pwede na po ba ako ipabook ng flight??

        ang kinakatakot ko lang po kasi ay baka po may hanapin yung immigration sakin na hindi ko naman alam na kailangan na meron ako nun..
        yun lang po kasi sabi ng POEA sakin na okay n daw po ung papers ko. pero my mga situations po kasi na yung iba ay naharang sa immigration at hindi pinapasok dahil my papers na wala sila..

          • hi miss feh..i am a direct hire also..my question is san manggagaling ang referral for medical since wala akong agency?kasi po diba kelangan ang medical certificate for visa stamping..so kelangan nakapagpamedical na bago pumunta ng embassy..den after sa embassy poea na..dun po kasi sa process ng name hires ng poea step no.4 eh saka pa lang pipili ng accredited medical clinic for medical examination ..pls help me po for this confusing matter..thanks po in advance..God Bless po =)

          • Punta ka GAMCA- GCC Approved Medical Centers Association. Sila magbibigay referral sau kung saan ka magpapa medical. Sa tabi lang yung ng PGH near P. Faura road. (GCC-Gulf Cooperation Council composed of Middle East Countires)

            kong balik mangagawa or babalik sa sa same employer mo it cost 100 pesos only.

          • All I know that POEA doesn’t allow agencies here to ask money more than the equivalent 1 month salary of the OFW. If they asked you $1500, make sure your monthly salary is also $1500. If not, report the agency to POEA.

            Entry Visa to process a Family Residence Visa. Does she need to undergo a Medical Exam here in the Philippines too for visa stamping in Qatar Embasy in Manila same with OFW or working visa? Im just confused with their procedue. Pls kindly help. Ty!

          • Mam Bkt ganun sabi ng POLO sa Qatar sa employer n kumukuha sakin d daw nila authenticate and stamp yun contract ko Kung Hindi agency hire kc mga diplomat LNG daw pede mag direct hire. E ako kc ate ko ang nagbigay sakin sa employer may notice visa na ko contract nlang n ayaw nla stamp at authenticate.pero d2 sa mga blog comment nkakaalis sila ng direct hire n wala agency.pls help nman o any comment thank you.

        I was fortunate to be shortlisted by Qtel. I passed the initial interview (through phone) and they invited me to go to Doha for a face-to-face interview and testing for 2 days. They already sent me the visa (business type), air ticket as well hotel booking. I was also told to go to Qatar Embassy in Makati to have my visa stamped, which I will do first thing tomorrow.

        Will there be any requirements for the visa stamping, particularly with my case? Lastly, assuming I get my visa stamped, will there be no problems that I may encounter with Immigration officials at the airport?
