Requirements to become a flight attendant
Airline companies and flight attendant recruiters have different requirements for their FA and cabin crew applicants. However the lists below are the common qualifications of airline companies recruiting flight attendants in the Philippines.
- Has completed at least 2 years course in college
- Preferably single
- Preferably below 27 years old
- With very good communication skills in English both oral and written
- Be at least 5’3’’ in height and weight must be in proportion to their body
- With a well groomed-professional image

- With mature, positive attitude, flexibility and pleasing personality
Airline companies here usually schedule a grand recruitment for cabin crew and flight attendant applicants. On that day, the candidates bring CV/resume and wear a specific attire for the screening. Once they liked you, you will have to attend again another day for another interview and orientation.
